Sircar Builders Ltd are a family run house builder and contractor; based in Whitchurch, Shropshire. With over 30 years building experience in both the private and commercial sector, we have a professional and personal approach; creating stylish homes and developments that are designed and built to a high standard.  Our Directors, Trevor and Neil are both hands-on and strive for only the highest finish.  Using local skilled tradesmen; we work closely as a team to produce quality homes to be proud of.

All our homes are designed “in house” where emphasis is put on the architectural detail to enhance both the environment and surroundings.  Traditional approaches to construction and the latest proven house-building techniques allow us to build houses that are built to last.   We are committed to building houses that are energy efficient and install underground heat/air source systems; making our homes environmentally friendly and economical to run for the householder.

As well as building several developments in the region, we work closely with many private clients on self build projects, renovation and commercial works.  Our “one to one” individual service makes us approachable and easy to work with thus allowing us to work closely with the client to deliver their dream home.
